It’s confident, and not afraid to be noticed. In January 2022, iBrandsGlobal acquired a majority stake in Pam & Gela and hired me to organize and direct the post-acquisition relaunch of the brand. While at Pam & Gela I did most of the general organization body-building that CEOs of omnichannel start-ups must do to get the business up & running including crafting the strategic vision for the brand, re-shaping the work environment, realigning external manufacturing resources, developing operational processes, onboarding 3rd party providers, planning for short term and long term growth and rebuilding sales (both DTC and 3rd party).
