2018-2021Carbon38 is a high-fashion women’s active and ready-to-wear omni-channel marketplace. Since its inception in 2012, the company has found success in offering a curated selection of top labels, an exclusive branded label, and collaborative capsules with designers and artists.
While at Carbon38 I led innovation, organizational integration, change management, product-assortment strategy and execution across the entire range of proprietary label and curated wholesale product categories for both global brick & mortar stores and global e-commerce / digital operations.
I was responsible for driving millions of dollars in revenue and margin each year for 3-years through widely diverse sourcing economics, complex brand challenges and a global pandemic.
Area of oversight included Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Production, Wholesale Buying, Merchandise Planning, Site Merchandising, Retail Store Operations, Retail Planning, Logistics, & Warehouse Operations.
